RLSAND Inc. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes the limited information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.
What we collect
RLSAND JSON Editor app
The short version: nothing. The app collects no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reports, and contains no third-party SDKs. We have no account system and no server that ever receives your data.
Your documents are files on your device, opened in place through Apple's document system. They are never transmitted to us. API keys, tokens, and other credentials you save in the app are stored only in the device Keychain — never in exports, logs, or sync records.
The app connects to the network only when you ask it to, and only to destinations you choose:
- Fetch from URL retrieves a document from a URL you enter.
- API Projects sends requests to the endpoints you configure, with the credentials you supply.
iCloud sync is optional and off by default. If you enable it, API Project structure syncs through your private CloudKit database, saved credentials through iCloud Keychain, and recent files / snippets through iCloud key-value storage — all inside your own iCloud account, managed by Apple, not by us.
Website & support
If you submit the support form or contact form on this site, we receive the information you provide (name, email, the issue you described, optional device and version metadata). We use this only to respond to your request and may retain it in our support email archive.
Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) are kept for short periods to support security and debugging.
How we use it
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To keep our website running and secure.
How we share it
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes. The only companies that ever handle it are the providers that operate this website on our behalf — our email-delivery service (which transmits your form message to us) and our hosting provider — strictly to run the service, and only the minimum required. We disclose information only if required by law.
Retention
Your documents stay on your device (and, if you enable sync, in your own iCloud account) until you delete them. Support correspondence: kept while it's useful for ongoing support. Server logs: short-lived. You can ask us to delete your support correspondence at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. Because your documents and credentials live on your own device, you control them directly. For anything we hold (support correspondence), reach us through our contact form and we'll respond.
Children
RLSAND JSON Editor is a developer tool intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We'll update this page when our practices change. Material changes will be highlighted at the top.
